I had a terrible time with those online wedding planning services. I spent a good chunk of cash on their site only to get fake leads. I tried reaching out to those leads but none of them ever got back to me. And when I asked customer service for help, all they said was to spend more money for better results. It was such a waste of both time and money.

I really regret spending my money on those paid advertising leads, they turned out to be totally fake. I even tried lowering my costs to see if that would spark some interest, but it was no use, still no genuine leads. Finally, I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one just to stop all the annoying phone calls. It's frustrating that the company cared more about making calls than actually delivering real leads.
