Engagement party dress purchase
Engagement party dress purchase
CommunicationI bought a dress for my engagement party from The Knot not too long ago. I waited for two weeks without hearing anything about the shipping. I tried contacting them through email, WhatsApp, and Instagram a few times to see what was going on. I told them how important it was for me to get an update on my order, but sadly, they never got back to me. To add to the frustration, when I commented on one of their posts about how annoyed I was, they not only deleted my comment but even blocked me from their account. This has definitely been the most terrible customer service I've ever experienced.
