I recently had a really bad experience with the website security service I signed up for. For three whole years, I never got to talk to a real, live person and when I needed help, I'd have to wait forever, like 1 to 5 days, to get a reply. It was super frustrating to deal with different people who didn't really know how to fix things quickly. So, because of the poor communication and bad support, I decided to just cancel my subscription. To top it off, my account got blocked right away without even telling me or confirming that my info had been transferred like I asked. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this service because the customer care and professionalism are seriously lacking.

My experience with the service was really good. It was way easier than I thought it would be. I did run into a problem with SSL, but the online support team, Josh in particular, quickly got James Z involved. I was really impressed with how quickly and effectively James Z fixed the issue. Overall, I'm happy with the service I received.

Oh man, I had the worst experience trying to get help with my website from this guy Steven H. He was no help at all, just kept giving me canned responses and didn't even bother listening to what I was saying. So frustrating, seriously the worst customer service ever.

I had this problem and Chris L. from customer service totally helped me figure out that it wasn't even Sucuri's fault, it was actually my hosting provider causing the issue. Big shoutout to Chris for saving the day!

Ever since I signed up for the security service, all the weird stuff happening on my website has been taken care of. I'm super happy with how well they're keeping my site safe. And the backup service they offer is great too, it helps me relax knowing my data is safe. Whenever I need help or have questions, the support team always replies quickly and explains things in a way that even someone like me, who's not very good with tech, can understand.

I had the worst experience with their tech team! I bought a subscription to get rid of malware from my site, but my website has been down for over a week. The tech team is really slow to get back to me and only seem to do something when I bug them through the chatbot. They don't seem to care much about fixing the issue, even though I keep asking for help. Don't go near this company if you want a quick and good fix for your malware problems.

This has happened before in the last year and a half, and it's not okay.
