After my wife’s hip surgery from a stupid fall, we showed up half nervous. Kenyanna and Trixie in rehab were relentless — in a good way — getting her walking sooner than I dared hope. Yolanda R was sweet to both of us; nurses were solid too.

Halfway through month three I was staring at an error log and thinking, yep — this was a gamble. I hesitated before buying; the rep promised an Automate-like IDMS and I have been burned before by shiny demos (GEM‑CAR was actually cleaner, fyi). After install the QuickBooks hookup was a mess — we ended up paying a consultant and then Intuit had to jump in and untangle hours of problems. Company support didn't offer refunds or cover our costs, annoying for sure. That said, day-to-day the system does most things we needed (slow, a few hiccups), so it's usable if you don't expect perfection. Not a disaster, just more work than it should've been. I'd shop around first.
