Complaintsonce I pushed and got a helpful rep, they took care of the refund and removed my card. The bad part: you really have to fight for it. Tip: get the cancellation case number while you're on the line and insist they remove your card from their system. Otherwise their billing system seems to keep billing until a card is deleted. When I called back, I had to dig up dates, emails and the cancellation number — they were reluctant to search by phone or email and wanted a customer number like I carry it in my head. That was frustrating, but the rep who followed up was calm and eventually fixed it. So, avoid the hassle if you can, but if you stick with it you can get resolution. I'm happy it was sorted, and I appreciated the agent who actually helped.
