I'm writing to let you know I'm really upset about the charge on my account by the service provider. It's not okay to take money without asking and it's been a huge hassle for me. It's frustrating to see that others are having the same problem too, just like how I've seen complaints from others. I'm thinking about taking legal action to make sure these people are responsible for what they did. I found this awesome spot to score cheaper plane tickets. I decided to give their free service a try, and next thing you know, I ended up with a premium upgrade without even knowing it. They didn't bill me for it for 7 whole months! When I questioned them, they tried to claim I had two separate accounts, which was a complete fib. Then they tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor by charging me for a service I hadn't even touched. What a total scam!

Trying to find a flight on their website is so frustrating, it's like trying to solve a puzzle made by someone who enjoys watching others struggle. You think you're saving money, but then you're stuck in a membership you didn't sign up for and hit with charges every time you try to actually book a flight. It feels like a mean trick with no one coming out on top.
