ComplaintsI got a VPN subscription on December 31st, but it wasn't what I expected after using it for only one day. I wanted to cancel on January 29th, but couldn't find the option on the website. I had to email customer support to ask for a refund because they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. I was upset when they tried to charge my card again on January 30th, even though I had already asked to cancel. They refused to give me a refund, saying the 30 days had passed. The whole situation was frustrating because of the lack of clear information. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
Monthly subscription for one day
Monthly subscription for one day
ComplaintsI can't really speak to the technical stuff since I only got a monthly subscription for one day and couldn't get it working, but I guess that's on me for not going through the instructions properly. However, I do have to mention that there are some shady things going on - they automatically enroll you into a monthly subscription when you make your first purchase. In the account settings, there's no option to cancel the subscription yourself, and your card details aren't even visible. I had to shoot them an email and only then did they cancel the subscription from their end. Normally, legit companies give you a heads up before charging your card, but here it seems like they set it up in a way that the user is likely to forget and not notice. It kinda feels like you're dealing with sketchy operators.
One-month subscription purchase
One-month subscription purchase
ComplaintsI recently bought a one-month subscription to try out the service and see if it suited my needs. But, to my surprise, they kept charging me 700 rubles each month without telling me or asking for my permission. It's not right that there's no easy way to check if your payment card is linked to your account. I made sure to read all the terms before my first purchase, hoping it was a one-time thing, but there was nothing about my card being automatically charged every month. I'm going to share negative reviews everywhere to let others know about this dishonest practice. I strongly suggest not using this service and looking for something else. This whole experience has been disappointing and full of lies.

ComplaintsThis service seemed awesome at the beginning, but ended up being a total nightmare, eh. It was hard to figure out how well it worked without a Google Play app, and when I tried to get it going on my phone, I hit a bunch of problems, you know. The real headaches started when I reached out to customer service for help; they were no help at all, just gave me unclear answers and then ghosted me completely. After 25 days of feeling totally ignored and annoyed, I finally asked for my money back, but all I got was more silence, eh.

ComplaintsI just signed up for a trial with this VPN company to see if they were any good. Turns out, their connection speeds are way slower than others I’ve tried before. So, I asked for a refund, but their customer service team wasn’t having it. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone! It seems like they promise a money-back guarantee, but don’t really deliver on it.

ComplaintsSo, I decided to give this VPN a try for a month, eh? But man, it was as slow as a turtle, I tell ya. So I thought, "I gotta cancel this," but guess what? There was no button for that on their website, eh? I had to chat with someone, and then POOF, just like a ghost, they vanished! I thought it was all taken care of, but nope, I got charged again. Now I gotta deal with my bank, ughhh. And get this - they don't even accept PayPal, like, what's up with that, eh?

ComplaintsSo yeah, that VPN service was a complete scam! They make you put in your card info and then just take all your money. Such a rip-off, eh!
