It seems like this company isn't very honest or professional, so I don't feel comfortable giving them my money or personal info. I suggest finding a different VPN provider that's more dependable.

CommunicationThis company seriously needs to up their game in customer support. I had an issue with my account and needed to delete it, but they made it so hard for me to do. It's crazy how much they made me go through just to cancel my subscription. The service was okay, nothing special. But the customer support was just disappointing.
