ComplaintsI was really upset to see how the company treated its customers when it came to the software they sold under a perpetual license. It's not right for them to just take away something that was supposed to be permanent. Customers should be able to decide for themselves if they want to keep using the software, no matter how long they've had it. This kind of business move is just plain rude and it reflects poorly on the company. I won't stand by businesses that act unethically like this and I'll definitely be telling others to watch out for them.
