PriceThe software itself works great, but man, the prices are just crazy. It feels like every time I look, they want more money for some new thing that should be part of the basic package. I get they need to make a profit, but come on! Customer service is okay, sometimes I get someone good who helps me out, but other times I'm stuck waiting forever. Ordering is easy enough, but they never stop trying to sell you more stuff. At least the software delivery is digital, can't really complain about that.
