ComplaintsI bought this accounting software not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with everything. The software itself is not too bad – it's easy to use and has some good features. But man, let me tell you, the customer service was seriously lacking. I had a bunch of problems when I was trying to order it, and it took forever to sort it all out. On top of that, the price was pretty steep compared to other similar products out there. And to make matters worse, the software showed up later than expected, which was a real pain. All in all, my experience with this accounting software wasn't great, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
