ServiceMorning, the activation mail hit my inbox before coffee. I’ve been a paid business user for years and use the mail with my own domain daily. I run the VPN on Windows, macOS and Linux at home and on my phone when I commute. Delivery of access and billing was straightforward. Customer support replied in a couple of messages and solved a setup glitch — no drama. I was sceptical about things like the killswitch and "removed" servers; those turned out to be expected behaviour or simple user error after I tested. Took some how‑to videos and a few mobile tests to be comfortable. Sometimes routing on mobile is odd, but it’s manageable. I keep renewing because it fits my workflow and the policies are clear.
Mac mess, refund relief
Mac mess, refund relief
App & Portalreinstalls, toggling WireGuard, chatting with support back and forth, the whole circus. It got to the point where I’d test a connection, it would work for five minutes, then pick a fight with itself and drop out. The satisfaction moment came, oddly enough, not when it finally behaved, but when the refund hit my account — that’s when I felt like I’d actually won something back (and yes, I did a little fist pump, quiet, at my desk). To be fair, one server surprised me with decent speed once — I didn’t expect that — so it’s not all garbage, there are flashes of “huh, that’s fine.” I tipped another friend to avoid it, and they were glad I warned them. Support eventually processed the refund without more drama, so credit where it’s due. Still, for Mac users this was a headache, and I wouldn’t recommend unless you like troubleshooting instead of working.

App & Portaldesktop client could show transfer speeds better, and every so often I fiddle with a setting, but that’s about it. Overall it blends into my routine, gives me actual peace of mind when I’m on the go, and makes online life feel safer and a bit simpler.

Complaintstry it, but test the server choices before you commit.
