I was really disappointed with my experience on the designer services page. When I clicked on 'hire a designer,' I immediately saw thin, young women who were considered 'attractive' culturally. It was obvious that these images were meant to appeal to a specific group, rather than showing the actual design skills of the professionals. When I asked about hiring a male designer, I was told there were none available, which I found unacceptable in this day and age. The lack of diversity and inclusivity in the selection process was really disappointing and turned me off. The platform needs to do a better job of showcasing a variety of designers to meet the needs of a wider range of customers.

This design software is amazing! It's so easy to use, perfect for anyone, no matter their skill level. You can create any design you want with the many options available. The customer service is top-notch, they provide great advice and help. I suggest getting a yearly subscription for access to all the extra features at a really good price. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a roofing tool, unfortunately.

I've been using this home design app for a while now and I have to say, I'm really impressed with all the cool features. It's super easy to use and lets me get really creative with my designs. Once I got the hang of it, I could easily move around the app and make my dream home come to life. They have a ton of stuff to pick from in the catalog, and I love that I can even add people and pets into my designs. Picking out colors for the walls and floors is my favorite part, it really makes everything pop. At first, I was a bit overwhelmed trying to add stairs and different levels, but the customer service folks were amazing in helping me out. They were super quick and friendly, and it made a big difference in how much I enjoyed using the app.
