I had a really terrible experience with this service. They ended up charging me for auto-renewal without even letting me know beforehand, and I think that's really unprofessional. I won't be recommending this service to anyone.

Sorry, eh, but that company keeps your bank info and just charges you again without saying anything. And then, if you try to tell them right away, they won't give your money back. It's so frustrating, don't you think?

I signed up for this service for a University class, eh, but I stopped using it over 9 months ago, eh. When I realized my credit card had been lost and canceled, I figured I wouldn't be charged again, eh. Unfortunately, the company still charged me the full amount, even though I couldn't remember my login details, eh. When I contacted them for a refund, they said no and gave me terrible customer service, eh. It's disappointing how they care more about money than making their customers happy, eh.

As a customer, I thought I could use the service for free based on their ad, but when I signed in, I saw that everything cost money. It made me feel like they weren't being truthful and it disappointed me. It seemed like they cared more about getting my info than actually offering a free option. My experience wasn't what I expected and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Stay away from this garbage company with their terrible refund policy. Their software is absolute crap and doesn't do what it says it will. Plus, good luck trying to get your money back - they use their "refund policy" as an excuse to keep your cash. Just a heads up!
