TimingThe servers are so slow! Seriously, I have a super fast fiber connection and I can barely upload anything. It's like I'm back in the dial-up days. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work.

TimingI've been using this cloud storage service for over four years now, and it's been pretty good overall. The only major issue I have is with the upload speeds. I recently tried to transfer a 10Gb file to my external hard drive, and it took a whole day to complete. I even reached out to customer service about it, but they basically said they can't do anything about it. I've found a workaround by transferring files to my PC downloads folder first, which takes about 3 hours, and then moving it to the hard drive from there, which only takes 2 minutes. It's a hassle and a waste of time, and I wish I didn't purchase the lifetime plan with this cloud storage service. Going to look for a new one in the future.
