pCloud - Reviews and experiences

The customer service team was awesome, eh? They were so efficient and helpful when it came to fixing my issue. I didn't have to bug them too often, but every time I did, they got back to me right away, were super friendly, and gave me all the info I needed to sort things out myself. It was a really nice change to see how focused they were on finding solutions. Compared to other customer service teams I've dealt with over the years, this one is definitely in a league of its own.

I've been using this service for a long time and I've never dealt with such unresponsive and unhelpful customer support before. I can't log in because I'm not getting verification codes, even though pCloud says they've been sent. I even added them to my address book like they recommended, but still no codes. When I tried to get an update, I didn't hear anything back. It's not right to have this lack of communication and support, especially when people need to access their files on time. It's really disappointing and frustrating to see this sudden drop in customer service quality.
