ComplaintsPCloud let someone use my email to make an account without asking me. I've complained many times and asked them to delete the account, but they've done nothing. Every day, I get emails about someone trying to get into the account, but I never got an email to confirm it was made. It's annoying dealing with this mess that I didn't even start. Their customer service telling me to ask them to close the account is not okay. Why should I have to waste my time asking for something I never agreed to in the first place? Their lack of responsibility is terrible. I really suggest not doing business with this unreliable and sketchy company.
