ComplaintsI just renewed my domain with this company, and let me tell you, it was a total headache. The whole process was way bumpier than I thought it would be, and I ran into a bunch of problems. The customer service was seriously lacking, and it felt like they didn't really care about me as a customer. I had to work super hard to finally get my renewal done, and it was more of a pain than it needed to be. All in all, I was not happy with the service I got.
