Underwhelming kit, awkward support
Underwhelming kit, awkward support
ServiceSat with the box on my counter and thought this would be easy. It wasn’t. I tried to get someone on the phone about substitutions and they kept redirecting me to buy premade soup at a grocery, which I don’t have nearby and wasn’t going to do. The kit felt overpriced and parts didn’t suit how I cook. I had already told support I don’t open their emails or shopping lists, still got the same messages. Mildly annoyed; wouldn’t recommend unless you live near a decent store.
