Halfway through the first week I realised why I needed a plan — moving and a sore lower back left me unable to cook much, so convenience mattered. The site itself is fine, ordering was simple, but the tracker won’t accept anything unless you type menu names exactly, which is annoying and slows me down. Customer support was polite and eventually helpful, though it took longer than I hoped to get a clear answer. Food-wise the portions leave me still hungry and the flavours are pretty flat, so I keep adding spices. They mention unlimited veg, but seriously, carrots can only do so much as a snack. Overall useful but could be more flexible and faster on support.
