Complaintsit worked out in the end, but watch that auto‑renewal date. I heard about this from a coworker and tried to cancel on the day it renewed — the site wouldn’t let me cancel so I got charged for the year even though I wasn’t planning to use it. I messaged support, they had a short grace period and refunded me. Not flawless, but they did fix it.
