Small win after a rocky run
Small win after a rocky run
Follow-upI do these surveys between coffee and the evening news, just to pick up a few gift cards, and I’d been hitting a wall with one panel that kept deleting or not crediting completions. I kept screenshots every time — invite, some questions, the completion screen — since it felt off. For weeks I’d email them the proof and get silence, or points would vanish with no explanation. I got pretty sceptical, honestly, and started flagging the clients behind the surveys (Montellier, Nature’s Path, that sort of thing) so they knew their vendor wasn’t paying up. The moment I actually felt satisfied was when a different panel, Branded Surveys, took the screenshots I’d collected, checked the case and credited the missing points. That was a simple fix, nothing dramatic, but it was the first time someone acknowledged the work and made it right, so yeah, relief. Still annoys me that I have to document everything and chase it, and I’m not blind to the idea that some companies might not care unless pushed. But for my daily routine — a few minutes here and there to top up a card — getting credited properly matters. So, slightly cynical at first, then content once proof was recognized and the points showed up.

Complaintsgibberish answers, rude language, VPNs, doing things too fast, multiple accounts… and yet I’d barely scraped the surface of the site. It felt like being accused of shoplifting because I forgot to shake the receipt.

Follow-upkeep a running list — survey ID, date, points — like a little spreadsheet or even notes on your phone. It'll save you the headache later. Despite the stress, I'm still doing surveys now and then because the platform itself is okay and the rewards are useful, but I'm more careful and less trusting than before. I wish they'd tighten up the follow-up and speed up that delivery of points. Overall, not perfect, but workable — just bring a bit of patience and a notepad.

Follow-upclean layout, easy to get into a survey, nothing fancy but it worked. Then the promised points didn’t show up, and that’s where things went sideways. I completed several surveys (short ones, five to eight minutes, plus a 15-minute panel) and each time I was redirected or simply didn’t receive the credited points. I waited the usual half hour, then longer, then messaged support. Replies were… inconsistent. A few were quick auto-responses saying my request was received; a couple of the actual replies just said “our system shows you didn’t complete the survey,” which is odd because I distinctly remember finishing and hitting submit (and being redirected, which felt like a completion flow). That answer is frustratingly vague — either the system logged me out or the redirect didn’t register, but saying “you didn’t complete it” without detail doesn’t help. I get that tech glitches happen, but the back-and-forth and the lack of follow-up on an open ticket for two weeks (no update) felt like being left on read. So, yeah, I’m mildly annoyed. Time was wasted, and the small emotional hit was more irritation than upset, because it’s not about the money alone, it’s about the principle of promised delivery. On the positive side, surveys are mostly relevant and the site is straightforward; I’d use it again if support would be clearer and faster about investigating missing credits. For now I’ll keep doing a few but I’m logging timestamps and saving screenshots — which is ridiculous, but necessary given the experience.
