ServiceI just wanted to share how awesome the custom cartography service from this company was. I needed really accurate and detailed maps for a project, and MAPS.com totally delivered. The team was super professional, quick to respond, and really understood what I was looking for. The maps they created were top-notch, showing off their expertise in cartography. I was super impressed with the final product and all the little details they included.

ServiceI was really disappointed with the customer service at this place. The staff just seemed to be more focused on chatting with each other than on helping customers. The ordering process was so confusing, and I had to wait much longer than I should have to get my custom digital map. And let me tell you, the prices were just way too high! I was expecting more from a company that says they're a top provider of mapping products. The only good thing was that the delivery was at least on time, so I guess that's one positive.
