App & PortalI gotta say, my time dealing with MAPS.com was full of ups and downs. I wanted a personalized travel map for an upcoming trip, and the actual map turned out awesome. Just what I was looking for. But man, the process of ordering it was a total nightmare. The website was a mess, super confusing, and not easy to use at all. I had to bug customer service several times for help, and even then, it took forever to hear back. Finally, when my order was sorted out, the map came really fast and was in perfect shape. But all the hassle I went through with the ordering left me feeling pretty frustrated, to be honest.
