ComplaintsThe product seemed really handy at first, but I was kinda disappointed with how it turned out. They said the boxes wouldn't leak, but that wasn't my reality. They just blamed my cat and some supposed manufacturing problem for the leaks, which was pretty annoying. The damage to my brand new flooring was not cool, and not getting an apology or any help after shelling out nearly $900 was a letdown.
