Cosy cat litter subscription
The cat litter subscription service is really reliable. I like getting notifications when my cat's favorite litter is out of stock. In 2021, there was a two-month stretch when it was unavailable, so I stocked up when it came back in stock. Now, I always have extra bags on hand just in case. I know not everyone has room to store extras, but it works well for me. I haven't had to contact customer service and it's easy to skip deliveries when I need to.
Convenient but Disappointing Purchase
The product seemed really handy at first, but I was kinda disappointed with how it turned out. They said the boxes wouldn't leak, but that wasn't my reality. They just blamed my cat and some supposed manufacturing problem for the leaks, which was pretty annoying. The damage to my brand new flooring was not cool, and not getting an apology or any help after shelling out nearly $900 was a letdown.
