Communicationit's helpful for cleaning up my online footprint, but their support is frustrating. I signed up to get old listings and my name off people-search sites — I check it pretty often because of work and just general peace of mind. In practice Delete Me actually removed a few entries after a couple months, so that part worked, slowly. Where it fell short was customer help — I forgot my password on a weekend, hit reset and never got the email. Sent a message and was told they don't handle weekends. Annoying and felt small-time, but overall I'm relieved some stuff did disappear, so mixed feelings.
