Refund process
I asked for a refund and they made me jump through a bunch of hoops to get it. It was a hassle and really frustrating, which was pretty disappointing. Definitely not the customer service I was hoping for.
Lifetime VPN subscription
This VPN is honestly the best one I've ever tried. I got a lifetime subscription a couple of years back and it's been totally worth it. It's super reliable and I hardly ever have any problems, but on the rare occasion that I do, their customer service team always comes through. Big thanks to James for the amazing help!
5 years of service
I've been a customer for 5 years now and the service has always been reliable. I can stream content from different regions without any issues thanks to the dedicated servers. The customer service is really great too - James helped me out quickly and efficiently when I had an account problem recently.
