The Family Tree Heritage Gold software for Mac is a complete disaster, always crashing with tons of bugs, especially after an Apple update. It's been three months now since my software crashed, and I haven't been able to access any of my data since. Honestly, it's just ridiculous how incompatible it is and the complete lack of customer support is just not acceptable at all.
