QualityHalfway through unpacking boxes I realized my old tablet was toast and my back was killing me from lugging heavy manuals — I needed something light for PDFs and video calls. I’d signed up for the rental plan mostly for the insurance, kinda nervous about the buyout, but the iPad feels great in hand, battery lasts all day. Customer support helped with a billing question, a bit slow but polite. Overall really glad I stuck with it, makes work and moving so much easier.
