Slow fix, solid result
Timingpatient, explained each step without hiding anything, and didn’t rush me. That part mattered as much as the technical fix. The problem was fixed in stages, with clear checks after each step, so I could see progress and my doubts faded. It wasn’t flashy, just efficient and human — the kind of help you don’t complain about afterwards. Would’ve preferred a faster turnaround, but overall I’m relieved and would go back if needed.
