I even tipped my walking buddy about it; she loved it too. For a 75-year-old who's still doing hours on the elliptical, that's saying something. It's simple, not fussy, and honestly a little bit addictive — in a good way.

try it with almond milk or a splash more water if you like it lighter; banana in there is dreamy too. I do wish they had more sample sizes or maybe one more flavour option, but that’s me being picky. Overall, happy I found something that actually fits my mornings — small thing but it makes the routine easier, and I appreciate that. Would definitely recommend if you’re fussed about taste and your tummy but still want something filling.
