Morning I actually looked forward to
Morning I actually looked forward to
Qualitytry it with almond milk or a splash more water if you like it lighter; banana in there is dreamy too. I do wish they had more sample sizes or maybe one more flavour option, but that’s me being picky. Overall, happy I found something that actually fits my mornings — small thing but it makes the routine easier, and I appreciate that. Would definitely recommend if you’re fussed about taste and your tummy but still want something filling.

ServiceI actually woke up to a delivery notice and nearly spilt my coffee — surprise shipments are the worst kind of wake-up call. I’d thought I ordered one bag a month; turns out I’d clicked for five at once in January and didn’t notice the subscription setting. When another five showed up in the app this morning I braced for the bank hit and for the usual run-around you get from big companies. So, against my own cynicism, I fired off an email and to my surprise Charlie got back to me right away. We went back and forth a bit, I explained the mix-up, he checked the account and cancelled the recurring order on the spot at my request. Delivery itself had been timely before — no damage, tracking clear — so that part was fine. What really sold me was the quick, human reply; I’ve had head-in-the-sand support elsewhere, so this felt refreshingly competent. I’ll probably restart the subscription later in the year, once my pantry calms down. For now I’m relieved and quietly impressed. Solid service, especially on the customer-support and delivery side — much appreciated; thanks again.
