App & PortalI needed a VPS for a migration, my previous host dropped the site earlier so I signed up for a three‑month plan. Portal wouldn’t let me log in for hours; support kept telling me to reset the password (tried that, tried again). After a few frustrating back-and-forths I asked to cancel since I hadn’t really used it, and they replied with a strange cancellation rule (3‑day window or once per calendar year), which made no sense. When it finally came online it ran fine — snappy CPU, disk okay — but onboarding and support were disappointing. Good enough if you can tolerate hiccups.
