Easyship - Reviews and experiences

Trying to buy stuff online was such a nightmare! I had so many problems and headaches at every turn. Nobody ever bothered to respond to me from customer service. It's so frustrating because this website seemed great, but the whole shopping experience was a big disappointment.

Easyship charged the wrong credit card for shipping on my account. I emailed them and they got back to me quickly, sending screenshots of my billing section with the wrong card charged. Even though I showed them the proof, they stopped replying after I asked for a call. Their customer service is non-existent when they mess up.

They sent me an email right away when they found out more about my package. I was starting to get a bit stressed thinking it was lost, but they made sure to calm me down.

Tracking is so basic it's practically useless, with big gaps and delays. It's what the ebay seller defaults to. I want more items from them but I won't purchase unless they use a better shipping option, like USPS or any company other than "Easyship". The package was sent on January 16 from Texas to Canada and still hasn't arrived. I have no clue where it is. If I could give zero stars, that's what they'd receive.

My experience with their customer support service has been pretty good overall. I like how they reply quickly and try to fix any problems right away. But, there was this one time when I had an issue with a customer service rep who couldn't give me proof that my order was delivered for almost 2 weeks. I had to talk to another rep to get the proof in just half an hour. It's been almost 3 weeks now, and the first rep still hasn't gotten back to me even though I've asked a few times for the proof. I hope they train and supervise their staff better so that their service stays good all the time.
