CommunicationI thought I was making a smart choice by choosing this company for my security system, but I was totally wrong. The installation was a total nightmare. I told them I was injured and couldn't set it up myself, but they didn't care. Fast forward to now, I lost my job because of lockdowns. I contacted customer service, explained everything, and they said I wouldn't be charged until I was back on my feet. Now, out of nowhere, I get a collections letter, even after our previous conversation. Their lack of communication and understanding for customers in tough situations is just terrible. They're just greedy capitalists who care more about money than people.
