I got 3 awesome cameras with Wi-Fi and a solar panel to keep my house safe, eh. But then I realized I had to sign a contract for a full year and those hackers kept messing with my computer and phone, so I couldn't even use them, you know. They even tried to make me pay $1,200, but I absolutely refused. Eventually, I sent the cameras back and they ended up forgiving the debt, thank goodness.

I thought I was making a smart choice by choosing this company for my security system, but I was totally wrong. The installation was a total nightmare. I told them I was injured and couldn't set it up myself, but they didn't care. Fast forward to now, I lost my job because of lockdowns. I contacted customer service, explained everything, and they said I wouldn't be charged until I was back on my feet. Now, out of nowhere, I get a collections letter, even after our previous conversation. Their lack of communication and understanding for customers in tough situations is just terrible. They're just greedy capitalists who care more about money than people.
