Follow-upAs someone who has purchased the theme and service package, I have to say that my interactions with customer support were really disappointing. We had an agreement to automatically renew my plan, but the upgrade didn't happen as promised. This caused a bunch of problems with my theme and add-ons, affecting my customers. I had to wait a really long time for help, and they didn't stick to our agreement, which made things even more frustrating. The issues weren't fixed, and the lack of action led me to ask for a refund, but they haven't responded. The lack of follow-up and communication has left me feeling let down and annoyed. I no longer want to be associated with the brand and I hope this can be resolved quickly.
