It's not perfect, but it gets the job done of filtering and blocking content. I appreciate the effort, but there's definitely room for improvement. Hopefully, they'll keep making updates to make it work better for us users.

As a user of this monitoring software, I have found it to be pretty useless when it comes to filtering out inappropriate content. The screenshots provided are so blurry that it's hard to see what's really going on. It's like you need to be a detective to figure out if someone has gone off track. The app says it blocks sites like Reddit and YouTube comments, but it still lets people access porn, which defeats the whole point of having this software. Plus, cancelling the subscription is a pain. You have to call and talk to someone during their specific business hours in the East, which is tough for people in other time zones. I was hoping for better functionality and ease of use from this software.
