I had a really frustrating time trying to cancel my subscription with this service. I tried multiple times online, but it didn't work. I had to talk to a salesperson, which was annoying because I wanted something quicker and easier. They even tried to make me stay by giving me a "hardship discount," which seemed weird because if I could afford it, I wouldn't be cancelling in the first place. And leaving a message to cancel didn't even work, they didn't process it.

The app has for sure gotten better with time, but there are still some clear loopholes that need fixing. My biggest issue is the fact that there's no option to cancel online - you have to make a call to do it, which is a hassle. I tried calling before my billing date and couldn't get through, and when I finally did, I was told I couldn't get a refund even though I showed them proof that I deleted the app from all my gadgets. The app is okay, but the customer service is awful with limited hours that aren't very helpful.
