Renewal worry mostly sorted
Renewal worry mostly sorted
CommunicationI'd seen Carbonite on a buddy's laptop and signed up years ago, but when renewal rolled around I hesitated — thought 'is this still working?' I actually renewed and then it seemed to stall (ugh). I emailed support a few times and rang sales — at first radio silence, which annoyed me, especially being in Canada. Then a rep finally phoned back, walked me through a setting glitch and bam, backups resumed. Small relief, honestly surprised how quickly it was fixed once someone picked up. Still wish response was faster, but actually happy it works again.
