ComplaintsThe person I talked to from customer service was really good, but it was such a pain trying to find the right phone number to call. I had to go through two expensive numbers before I finally got the right one, and that took up a lot of my time. The wait to talk to someone was way too long, and when I finally got through, the system was so slow and had glitches. It took me a whole hour just to make my booking because of all these problems. ATG Tickets should really update their website so they show the right contact info right from the beginning and not waste their customers' time.
