App & PortalHey there, so I was trying to book tickets online for a show at this theatre, but it was a total disaster. The website kept messing up and wouldn't let me finish my purchase. After my third attempt, I gave up and decided to call their Customer Service. I had to go through a bunch of options on the phone and it took forever to actually talk to someone. But when I finally got connected, Mandy was really nice and helpful. She booked my tickets super quickly. So, big shoutout to Mandy for coming through and saving the day! But honestly, the whole online booking thing was a major letdown.
