E-tickets issue
CommunicationUnfortunately, my e-tickets vanished from my phone and I was really frustrated. At 76 years old, technology is not my thing and I had a hard time figuring out how to get help, especially since there was no customer service number I could easily call. I missed the days when I could go to a Box Office in person and talk to someone. But, after some struggles, I managed to email Customer Services and Aoife was nice enough to send me the tickets again, which was a huge relief.
