Three years in, still mixed feelings
Three years in, still mixed feelings
ServiceRan into this platform at a vendor fair three years ago — a colleague nudged me to try it. I’ve paid a lot for it and the tracking still doesn’t behave like we need, which gets old. Support is slow and feels like you’re dealing with canned replies (basic answers, then radio silence). Oddly enough the billing/invoices are clean and reliable, which surprised me. Small win, but doesn’t fix the main problem — wish customer success would actually help us use the thing properly.
