Ran into this platform at a vendor fair three years ago — a colleague nudged me to try it. I’ve paid a lot for it and the tracking still doesn’t behave like we need, which gets old. Support is slow and feels like you’re dealing with canned replies (basic answers, then radio silence). Oddly enough the billing/invoices are clean and reliable, which surprised me. Small win, but doesn’t fix the main problem — wish customer success would actually help us use the thing properly.

Walked into a meeting and my coworker pulled up their dashboard — the unlimited lookback and deeplinking actually blew my mind. Sent the link to a buddy who's testing ad tools. They list cohort, LTV, SMS/push, retargeting and more, and the demo even had neat real-time retention graphs that made sense. But pricing? Nowhere. That mystery makes me pause.

some SKAN numbers still wobble and there’s a lag. But for attribution basics it now gives consistent, actionable numbers and we can actually make decisions. Setup took a bit and support was slow at first, but that moment when numbers synced made me breathe easier.
