ComplaintsSo, I recently bought this video editing software subscription to make some cool videos for my business. At first, I thought it was great with all its features and whatnot. But then, things went downhill pretty fast. The customer service was a nightmare and the pricing was all over the place. They jacked up the price without telling me and kept charging me the new rate for two whole years! When I tried talking to their customer service, all I got was crickets. It's like they don't care about being honest with their customers. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone because of their sketchy behavior and crappy customer service.
