QualityThe online store platform this company offers is seriously lacking in many ways. The design choices are limited, the interface is awkward to use, and getting help from customer service is nearly impossible. It seems like they haven't updated their platform in ages and are falling behind compared to competitors who offer more up-to-date and easy-to-use solutions. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience.
