ComplaintsI bought online store software from AmeriCommerce not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm pretty let down by the whole thing. The platform isn't as easy to use as they made it out to be, which has made it a real challenge to personalize my store and add products. Customer service hasn't been all that great either - it takes them forever to get back to me and even when they do, they don't always fix the issues I'm having. Plus, the price is pretty steep compared to other e-commerce platforms out there, and I don't really see any extra special features or perks that make it worth the extra cash. On top of all that, the software didn't even arrive on time, which just added to the headache of setting up my online store.
