This company is a total disaster. I bought a dress from them recently and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The dress looked nothing like the photos online - it was poorly made with loose stitching and hard glue on the mesh. To make things worse, the slit in the dress was in the totally wrong spot, showing way more than I expected. When I tried to return the dress, they wanted me to get it fixed instead of giving me my money back. After tons of emails back and forth, they finally agreed to take it back. But that was just the start of my nightmare. They said they got the dress but now they're ignoring me, not giving me my money back or any updates on my claim. Dealing with this company has been a total headache and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I just got a dress for my daughter's homecoming from this online store. It came when it was supposed to, which was good. But the dress was way bigger than the size I ordered. I contacted customer service, and we went back and forth in emails, but they wouldn't give me a refund or anything. They didn't own up to their mistake or try to make things right, so I was really unhappy with everything. I wouldn't recommend buying from them to anyone.
